ON REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: please make sure you have pictures of both the damaged package that the product(s) was delivered in and of the damaged item(s) you received. This is your proof to receive a replacement from us. If pictures are not provided, we cannot replace your claimed damaged item(s).


*Please know we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quick as possible. At this time, shipments can be delayed more than usual due to the high demands of online ordering.

*If product availability states "usually ships in ___ to ___ days/weeks" please note this is an estimated time frame and most items ship in less than that amount of time. In fact, IN STOCK items are usually shipped the same day you place your order as long as your order is placed by 3pm MST. :)

*There are times when we have a limited quantity of an item and more than one person checks out at the same time. When that happens, sometimes we do not have that item in stock to ship to you right away. Being as such, we will contact you & get a replacement to you ASAP while keeping your customer satisfaction a top priority! 

We currently ship anywhere in the United StatesInternational shipping is not available at this time.

When you place an order, you will have the ability to pick which shipping option you would like. For most products, the shipping cost will be based on how much your item(s) weigh.
