Most items can be returned within 30 days after order date. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item please submit a claim by doing the following: make sure you are logged in to your Naturally Montana account. Go into your Account > Orders and you will see on the right side there is a link on your order that says "Return Items?" Please follow instructions and select options for your return. You may choose from the following options upon approval of your return:
STORE CREDIT: You will receive a store credit in the amount of your returned product that you paid on your order.
REFUND: You will receive a refund for the amount of your returned product that you paid on your order.
EXCHANGE: Upon approval, you will be able to do an even exchange of you returned product with an item that is of equal or lesser value of what you paid on your order.
**Your request for a return will be reviewed by a manager and processed upon approval.
Please note: All products MUST be in their original packaging, unopened. You will need a copy of your receipt or packing slip that includes your order number to include with your return.
ON REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: please make sure you have pictures of both the damaged package that the product(s) was delivered in and of the damaged item(s) you received. This is your proof to receive a replacement from us. If pictures are not provided, we cannot replace your claimed damaged item(s).
*Please know we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quick as possible. At this time, shipments can be delayed more than usual due to the high demands of online ordering.
*On orders with Pre-Ordered items AND In Stock items , [to save on double shipping costs for everyone] shipping on your order will be delayed until our warehouse receives your pre-ordered item(s). Once we receive your pre-ordered item(s), we will ship your entire order to prevent multiple shipment costs.
*If you are only ordering pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped directly from the product manufacturer on the nearest business day.
*If product availability states "usually ships in ___ to ___ days/weeks" please note this is an estimated time frame and most items ship in less than that amount of time. In fact, IN STOCK items are usually shipped the same day you place your order as long as your order is placed by 4pm MST. :)
*There are times when we have a limited quantity of an item and more than one person checks out at the same time. When that happens, sometimes we do not have that item in stock to ship to you right away. Being as such, we will contact you & get that item to you ASAP while keeping your customer satisfaction a top priority!
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
When you place an order, you will have the ability to pick which carrier and shipping option you would like. For most products, the shipping cost will be based on how much your item(s) weigh.
